Installing QuickTime for Windows
Windows users: If QuickTime 5.0.1 is currently installed, do not uninstall it
prior to installing QuickTime 5.0.2. There are two way of installation.
1. Locate the downloaded installer file “QuickTime Installer” and double-click
on the file to begin the installation process. An Internet connection is
required during the installation process.
2. If you experience Internet difficulties or VISEdata issues during the installation
process, try downloading the
stand-alone
installer.

Mac: Mac OS 7.5.5 or later System Requirement
> A PowerPC processor based Macintosh
computer. > At least 32MB of RAM > Mac OS 7.5.5 or later
(Mac users with 68020, 68030, or 68040 processor-based systems should try to
install QuickTime 4.0.)
