This is the first seminar that I attended and it was a
terrific experience. After the seminar I learned that even if I face sometimes
negative situations, I have to change them to positive ones and then
every-thing can be solved easily. Now, I am always thinking that I can do it.

One of the most remarkable moments in the seminar was
the "Mind Purification Ceremony" and the Gratitude to Parents practice. It was
a wonderful and very emotional experience. I strongly, recommend to those who
did not participate, that they should plan to attend an ISTS. I just
regis-tered my mother to attend a spiritual training seminar in Brazil in
February and I am also planning to attend the next ISTS in New York."
